Too good to consign to history, the Envy Black rod series is back and better than ever, says its maker, 13 Fishing.
Powered by a 46-ton Poly-Vector Graphite (PVG46T) blank, the new Envy Black is exceptionally sensitive and lightweight. The Evolve carbon divide reel seat transmits kinetic energy directly to the palm of the angler from the blank while providing an excellent grip.
The reel seat’s ergonomic curves taper into high density Japanese EVA for ultimate comfort and reduced fatigue on the water.
It is outfitted with Fuji Stainless K guides with SIC inserts and a SnaggleTooth hookkeeper to preventing any chance of snagging line.
Zonal Action Technology (ZAT2) delivers a full range of complex and dynamic tapers. 13 Fishing says: “Whether its microscopic hair jigs on Lake Champlain or big crankbaits in the Tennessee River, the Envy Black series excels at every cutting-edge technique required by tour pros and die-hard anglers seeking to elevate the art of fishing.”
