The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF), the organisation driving participation in the US, has appointed Eric Sutton to its Board of Directors.
Sutton is the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Executive Director and has more than 20 years experience in public land management in both the government and private sectors.
“With it being the sport fishing capital of the United States, we are pleased to have such strong representation from Florida on our Board,” said RBFF President & CEO, Frank Peterson.
“Eric is dedicated to conserving the fishing and boating opportunities in his home state. We look forward to working together to grow the sport across the US.”
Sutton is one of 24 directors on the RBFF Board appointed by the Foundation and industry and state agency bodies. “Fishing and boating are a critical link to the outdoors and the conservation of our fish and wildlife resources,” he said.
