Fishing boat maker, Ranger Boats, has received two prestigious awards from the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA).
The accolades came in the Fibreglass Bass Boats and Fibreglass Outboard Boats categories of the Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards.
Ranger, part of the White River Marine Group, was recognised because of positive feedback from customers based on purchases of new boats or engines between January 1 and December 31 last year.
“Ranger Boats’ legacy of quality craftsmanship and cutting-edge features built the most sought-after fishing boat brand in the industry,” said Bass Pro Shops founder, Johnny Morris, who revolutionised the boating industry in 1978 by introducing the world’s first professionally rigged and nationally marketed boat, motor and trailer packages.
“The CSI Awards are a tribute to the craftspeople, associates and dealers who provide quality, value and support to our customers every day.”
Five other White River Marine Group brands earned CSI Awards across four categories:
• Tracker: Aluminum Outboard Boats
• Sun Tracker: Pontoon Boats
• Nitro: Fiberglass Outboard Boats and Fiberglass Bass Boats
• Tahoe: Fiberglass Outboard Boats and Deck Boats
• Triton: Fiberglass Outboard Boats
White River Marine, a division of the Bass Pro Group, is the largest builder of fishing and recreational boats in the world by volume.
