Pure Fishing confirms departure of Grant Harris and appointment of his successor

Pure Fishing EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) has confirmed the departure of Grant Ottignon-Harris as Managing Director and the appointment of his successor.
As revealed on the Angling International Facebook page on Tuesday (September 24) Harris left the world’s biggest manufacturer of fishing tackle last week after nine years with the company. Before taking charge of the EMEA business, he was UK Regional Director.
He is being replaced as Kjell Clefjord, who Pure Fishing describes as having a proven record of success across multiple industries. He has worked extensively across commercial and operational functions.
In a statement, Pure Fishing said: “Kjell is a salesman at heart and brings a passion for focusing on the customer, building teams and growing business. His deep experience will serve him well as he and the Pure Fishing team accelerate profitable growth and reestablish Pure Fishing’s leadership position in the EMEA region.
“As part of its growth strategy, Pure Fishing have roles available in the expanding product and marketing teams.’
