PRADCO-Fishing head praises staff following strong sales week

PRADCO-Fishing has 100-plus workers still on site in the manufacturing department at its Fort Smith, Arkansas, headquarters.

The head of one of the world’s top lure manufacturers has praised his staff for their professionalism in a week that saw sales on a par with last year.

At a time when the COVID-19 pandemic is causing chaos within the industry, Bruce Stanton, Vice President and General Manager of PRADCO-Fishing, reported a ‘great’ order week for the company.

He told Angling International: “Life has been different here at Fort Smith, Arkansas. Our office personnel is working from home following guidance from our parent company, EBSCO, as we do our bit to keep the virus from spreading.

“I also appreciate the hard work put in by our 100-plus workers in manufacturing who have produced strong all week. I am proud of the folks at PRADCO for continuing to be professionals and I am thankful that our customers are supporting the fishing industry and people are still going fishing.”
