EFTTA has indicated that a new date for this year’s EFTTEX is an option that is being considered.

EFTTA has indicated that staging EFTTEX at a later date is among the options it is considering as it decides on the future of this year’s event.

With the show in Prague – due to be held from June 11th to 13th – unable to be held in its present format due to restrictions imposed by the Czech Government, the association says that it is considering options for the 2020 event.

On its Facebook page – in answer to a post from Petr Minarik, Export Manager of Czech-based exhibitor Egerfish, EFTTA stated that ‘new dates’ were being considered by the EFTTA Board and its CEO and an announcement would be ‘made soon’.

EFTTEX has yet to officially cancel or postpone the event, unlike other trade shows across the world, including ICAST and IFTD in the US and the AFTA show in Australia.
