Navico Group announces merger with C-MAP

Navico has today announced a merger with C-MAP, a leading maker of navigational products and fishing maps.

Norwegian-based Navico – the world’s largest manufacturer of marine electronics – has today announced a merger with C-MAP, the leading supplier of digital navigational products.

It has joined a stable of strong brands in the Navico line-up that includes Lowrance, Simrad and B&G.

“This merger is an incredible opportunity to drive innovation in the marine industry and lead to a new digital era,” said Leif Ottosson, CEO of the Navico Group. “We see huge potential in bringing our two teams together and accelerating growth.”
