Hobie launches three new fishing sunglasses at ICAST 2020 Online

Among the three new sunglasses launched by Hobie during ICAST 2020 Online was the El Matador, a full coverage frame with integrated side shields that slide into place to help block sunlight.

Fishing kayak manufacturer, Hobie, has launched three new pairs of sunglasses and a new lens profile for anglers. 

Each of the new frame styles, El Matador, Snook and Everglades, featured in last week’s ICAST 2020 Online New Product Showcase.

The frames highlight the brand’s commitment to producing functional products with simplicity in mind, says Hobie. They are designed specifically to help the angler perform.

“We’re introducing products that seamlessly fit into an angler’s everyday activities,” says Senior Marketing Manager at Hobie Polarised, Kristine Robinson. 

“Each of the new fishing styles, and the upgraded Sightmaster+ lens profile, show how dedicated we are to improving the angler’s time on the water. We’re proud to introduce fishing-specific styles and a lens technology that incorporate valuable attributes for the angler.”

Hobie has upgraded its proprietary amber lens, Sightmaster+, with a reformulated colour profile to improve the view beneath the water’s surface.
