↑ Jacob Powroznik: New HI-SEAS addition to its Pro Staff Elite Anglers team.

HI-SEAS will be fielding two new anglers in this weekend’s 2015 Bassmaster Classic.

Jacob Powroznik and Bill Lowen will be joining its team of Pro Staff Elite Anglers, which already includes Cliff Pace and Casey Ashley, in the Classic at Lake Hartwell, Greenville, SC.

Powroznik started his career competing in the Bass Fishing League and eventually made his way through to the B.A.S.S. Elite Series in 2014, winning Rookie of the Year and finishing third in the Angler of the Year.

He said that as his fishing career continues on an upward curve, he realises the importance of teaming up with a strong line company and chose to partner HI-SEAS. “The only thing between you and the fish is line. If you want to be the best you have to use the best and that’s why I use HI-SEAS 100% Fluorocarbon.”

Winning 66 top 50 B.A.S.S. finishes and being a seven-times Bassmaster Classic qualifier, Lowen needs no further introduction. He said: “I need a line that will perform under all conditions whether I am using a fluorocarbon, braid or mono and HI-SEAS has me covered.

“My favourite lines are 15lb and 20lb HI-SEAS Fluorocarbon. I like the low memory, high abrasion resistance and unbelievable strength. The 30lb Grand Slam has the smoothest casting and handling I have ever experienced on a rod.”
