New on Tacklestream: the Roberta Swimming Jig from EFTTEX award-winner Tiemco.
↑ The Stump Jumper from Australian brand Gillies has been updated and introduced in six new colours.

Lure brands more used to showing their products at EFTTEX and ICAST are instead taking centre-stage on Tacklestream, the digital platform that showcases new fishing tackle to global trade customers.

“The message to the trade is now clear,” says Tacklestream’s Business Manager, John Watson. “For retailers looking for new lures, Tacklestream is fast becoming the place to visit. For lure brands, it is the safest and fastest option right now for finding new retail accounts.”

Among the brands showcasing their new lures is Tiemco from Japan, an award winner at EFTTEX last year in the Best Metal Lure category. Without the same platform this year following the cancellation of the show, Tiemco has taken to Tacklestream to unveil its new Roberta Swimming Jig. Among other sales guidance, retailers are advised to stress how the weightless swim jig ‘completely changes shallow water game fishing’.

Headbanger, the innovative lure brand from Sweden, has been a regular at EFTTEX and ICAST for the past three years. Its latest creation is the Headbanger RockerHead which promises to take creature bait fishing ‘to the next level’ thanks to the erratic movements it produces in the water. For proof, Headbanger has produced a remarkable video showing the RockerHead in action. It’s available to view on Tacklestream now.

Another show regular in Europe and the USA, stretching back many more years, is Gillies from Australia. Tacklestream is currently showcasing its ‘After Shock’ Stump Jumper lures which promise retailers strong sales by emphasising their versatility thanks to a removable diving lip and six colour options.

US lure brand Z-Man was planning its first ever booth at EFTTEX in June, but has had to postpone its appearance at the show for one more year. European retailers can check a selection of its ranges at Tacklestream, including the Z-Man Bang StickZ and Z-Man Giant TRD.
