Dennett Outdoor strengthens sales force with two appointments

↑ Dennett Outdoor has just released its 2020 trade catalogue which includes around 6,000 skus.

Dennett Outdoor, the wholesaler of fishing tackle to the UK and Europe, has added two new staff to its sales team. The Co. Tyrone, Ireland-based business has also just released its trade catalogue for 2020.

New appointments Paul Hughes and Paul Sharp have considerable experience working in angling and have well-established relationships in the trade, says the company.

Hughes will be responsible for sales in the north of England, while Sharp will be in charge of sales in the East Midlands and East Anglian regions.

“This double appointment is an essential part of our plan to increase sales of our ever-growing range of brands and products,” said Dennett Director, Mark Gamble.

“Looking back over 2019, we were very pleased to achieve significant growth and, in order to maintain and build upon that momentum, we are conscious that good presentation on the ground is critical.

“Both appointments are high-calibre salesmen with proven track records and we are really looking forward to working with them.”

The Dennett Outdoor catalogue runs to 270 pages, containing around 6,000 skus. Brands include Big Fish Tackle (BFT), Owner Hooks, Flambeau, Strike Pro, Salmo, Cuda, Dinsmores, Hayabusa, Kamasan, Mepps, Surecatch and Yo-Zuri.
