For the fourth year in a row, Chinese hookmaker, BKK, won an award at the show. Chairman, Zhan Zhi Bo – also known as James – is pictured with Fenny Hu.

For the fourth year running, Chinese-based Black King Kong Fishing picked up the Terminal Tackle Award at China Fish.

Following the success of its Lone Diablo, which brought up the treble last year, the company triumphed yet again with the Raptor Z – a hook that has been designed to take on ‘monster’ fish.

“BKK engineers were asked to design a hook to tackle the strongest, most aggressive fish anyone could think of,” says the company. “This requirement called for a hook with not only superior impaling power and high hook-up ratio, but one that was super strong and highly resistant to corrosion.

“It incorporates the latest technology and our legendary hand-crafted finesse.”
