Worth, the US manufacturer of fishing lure components, has begun shipping its new Aspen Willowleaf blades and Aspen Deep Cup Colorado blades.
The blades are designed to be a perfect substitute for ‘traditional’ blades and are made from high-quality brass material and finished to Worth’s usual high standard.
The new Aspen line consists of Aspen Willowleaf blades in sizes 3, 3 ½, 4, 4 ½ and 5, Aspen Deep Cup Colorado blades sizes 2 – 8 and Aspen Colorado blades sizes 00 – 8.
The substitute blades are the latest products in a comprehensive service provided by the Wisconsin company to its customers. Worth produces most of the components required by lure manufacturers and even supplies some of its competitors with difficult-to-produce items.
With the ability to produce virtually all types of high-precision metal fabrication, Worth is equipped to supply competitors with parts they cannot produce themselves.
“We are able to supply high-speed wire forming, screw-machined products, both large and micro-metal stamping, spring coiling and super high-speed stamping,” says Worth. “That is in addition to our own electroplating, painting, pad printing and tool and die facilities.
