Danish predator brand Westin kept up its successful record in the World Predator Classic (WPC) when its Czech Republic pairing triumphed in this year’s event in the Dutch town of Hellevoetsluis.
Radek Filip and Martin Stepka followed in the footsteps of previous Westin winners, Enrico Di Ventura and Frank Bussmeyer (2018) and two-time victors, Luc Coppens and Jeremy Staverman (2015 and 2014) in lifting the prestigious trophy.
They took third place on the last day of the tournament to edge ahead of second place Coppens and Jeroen Eljssens, who were winning the competition with just seven minutes to go. That was before Radek hooked the tournament-winning pike.
