Lowrance, one of the world leaders in fishing electronics, has released a high performance addition to its HDS® series – the Lawrence HDS Carbon™.
The newcomer to the Tulsa, Oklahoma, company’s ranks of fish finders/chart plotters adds a dual core processor, multi-touch SolarMax™ HD screen, dual channel CHIRP and Network Dual Sounder to the popular features that have made HDS multi-function displays the choice of anglers at all levels. It comes in 12 inch, 9 inch and 7 inch models.
“Anglers in the market for a ‘want-it-all’ integrated system need a processor that can smoothly drive the high-tech capabilities of HDS Carbon like StructuresScan® 3D with SideScan and DownScan Imaging™, dual channel CHIRP sonar, StructureMap™, Broadband Radar™ and SiriusXM® Weather Chart Overlay,” says Lowrence.
“The HDS Carbon takes processing power to an unprecedented level with a dual core processor that allows fishermen to switch between applications and simultaneously view independent sonar feeds with ease.”
The HDS Carbon will be available from March 2017.
