Bait Buttons, the latest addition to the Tackle Tactics accessories range, have a variety of applications, from securing a stinger hook, maximising hook exposure when fishing soft plastics and locking a soft plastic in place on a worm hook or a Snake Head jig-head.
“Bait Buttons are simple, safe and effective,” says TT Lures’ Justin Willmer. “Simply shake a button into the loading zone of the dispenser, lay your hook against the ‘V’-shaped guide, pierce the Bait Button through the centre and then slide it into place.
“There’s no more cutting up random materials or stabbing holes in your fingers in an attempt to get them onto the hook. The process is quick and painless and you get to spend more time fishing and less time rigging and re-rigging.
“You can add a Bait Button to your spinner-bait hook by sliding on your stinger hook and then adding another Bait Button to lock it on. Use one to keep your plastic in place for maximum hook exposure or use a Bait Button under the chin of your plastic when using a worm hook to prevent it sliding down.
“Bait Buttons really help with presentation. They’re a cool accessory, lightweight and do not take up much room in your tackle box or bag.”
The Bait Buttons dispenser comes complete with 100 Bait Buttons. Refill packs of 100 Bait Buttons are also available.
