Telesales opportunity at Leeda
Leeda is a well-established distributor of fishing tackle and owns the Wychwood, MAP and Leeda brands. Leeda also distributes many market-leading brands, such as Mustad, MEPPS and Maxima. Based in Milton Keynes, Leeda is a well-resourced business developing market-leading products across all angling disciplines, providing a comprehensive and well-supported product portfolio for all specialist retailers.
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy customer focused service environment such as telesales or customer service. If you have experience in an angling environment or a keen angler, that’s even better!
The main focus is on processing incoming telephone and email sales orders and providing technical information and back up service for our products. You will also be proactive in contacting designated accounts and advising our dealers on new products and special offers from time to time, as the business requires. It is therefore essential that you have technical knowledge of our products and experience of dealing with customers either face-to-face, on the telephone and via email, so you will need to be a confident and clear communicator in these areas.
We expect all our Telesales staff to work flexibly as part of the team to provide our dealers with excellent service to our customers.
