Sea bass on the agenda at RecFish Forum

The controversial subject of how to manage bass stocks will be discussed at the next meeting of representatives of the recreational fishing community and top level members of the EU.
MEP Richard Corbett, a member of the European Parliament Committee on Fisheries, will be chairing a conference on the long-term management of European sea bass recreational fisheries on Tuesday, October 11th.
The event, which is being held in Brussels, is organised by the European Parliament Forum on Recreational Fisheries and Aquatic Environment with the support of the European Anglers Alliance (EAA) and the European Fishing Tackle Trade Association (EFTTA).
The meeting will be opened by Romanian MEP Norica Nicolai and closed by fellow member Alain Cadec.
