Scott Martin joins LIVETARGET pro staff team

The LIVETARGET lure brand has added FLW tour star and TV personality Scott Martin to its pro staff team. The multi-year sponsorship agreement also takes in Martin’s long-running TV show, The Scott Martin Challenge.
“Scott brings a great blend of proven tournament fishing excellence along with one of the best media outlets in fishing,” said Gary Abernethy, Marketing Manager of LIVETARGET. “His recent Angler of the Year award on the FLW tour and our ongoing growth make it the right time to add Scott to our team.”
Martin will help the business with the media elements of brand promotion and will contribute to lure design across a product range that numbers more than 750 models.
LIVETARGET’s five ICAST ‘Best of Show’ lure awards in six years was a big factor in the agreement, said Martin. “As well as some great lure designs, they offer me a very wide spectrum of lures, which is important to me as a traveling tournament angler and television producer,” he added.
“We all want a competitive edge and LIVETARGET lures will give me that with its impressive lure selection.”
The Scott Martin Challenge TV show will air on multiple networks from January.
