PRADCO-Fishing has gone back to its roots with an advertising campaign that pays tribute to its loyal band of employees who have been instrumental in establishing it into a world class fishing lure manufacturer.
The company, which owns some of the most renowned lure brands on the planet, says that its journey from a small Arkansas plastic injection moulding business to where it is today is down to its ‘unusually talented and tenured employees’.
In recognition of that fact, its new advertising campaign – ‘People make PRADCO’ – includes a focus and video on the individuals who have made a real difference in the development of the company.
PRADCO-Fishing Vice President/General Manager Bruce Stanton said: “We are so proud of our employees and the culture we have developed at PRADCO. Like many companies, we’ve had a journey to get where we are.
“Everything we do is about serving our customers – and we try to have lots of fun at the same time! We feel that telling these stories about our employees is a way to connect with our customers on a personal level. These talented professionals are working for our customers every day.”
The first employee to come under the PRADCO spotlight is Danny Stoner, a veteran with more than 40 years of experience at PRADCO.
