Plano says that its new A-Series Tackle Duffel bag is just what the travelling angler ordered.
It is described as a right-sized package that offers maximum capacity and utility, all wrapped up with top quality components, durable construction and ‘handsome’ aesthetics.
The company’s 3600 StowAway Utility Box lies at the heart of the A-Series and has been designed to house 14 of them – 10 inside the large main compartment and another four in a secondary front one.
Alongside its primary and secondary zippered compartments, it has four more zippered outside pockets – two on each end – that are said to be perfect for smaller items like sunglasses, keys, portable electronics or soft plastics.
Traditional handles arch up from the front and back of the duffel for short-haul situations and a padded shoulder strap is included for longer distance travelling.
MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) webbing has been borrowed from the tactical industry to provide a sturdy and functional means of attaching additional gear or accessories to the outside of the bag.
Other stand-out features include:
- Durable, proprietary polyester fabric construction;
- Includes six 3600 StowAway Utility Boxes;
- Holds 14 3600 StowAway Utility Boxes;
- Second inner compartment to separate gear;
- Four large exterior pockets;
- Four carrying methods;
- Exterior dimensions: 60.33cm x 31.75cm x 30.48cm.
