New man to lead Costa’s marketing effort

T.J. McMeniman has joined Costa as its new Vice President of Marketing.

Costa Del Mar, the manufacturer of fishing sunglasses, has appointed T.J. McMeniman as its new Vice President of Marketing.

He has joined the Florida-based company from Bauer Hockey, where he led global marketing for eight years, and will spearhead Costa’s strategic international brand initiatives across channels and categories, including sunglasses and apparel.

“T.J. brings exceptional leadership and strength to our team,” said Holly Rush, Costa’s CEO. “He has a wealth of experience for us to draw on at this important stage of our growth – he knows what it means to develop an iconic brand, protect the core of the business and foster growth with new consumers in new markets – all of which is crucial for us at Costa.”

McMeniman said: “I am excited to join the Costa team and have the chance to lead such a rich heritage and loyal following.
