Leading fishing boat manufacturer, Lund, has redesigned its popular 1800 Rebel XL model to include a host of new features.
The 18-foot rig now has a fully upgraded console configuration along with a wider, two-level eight-foot rod locker. In addition to the three swivel seats there is an optional jump seat, which folds down for a large rear casting deck.
There is a 35-inch, 16 gallon aerated livewell and the battery placement has been shifted to achieve the perfect weight balance. There is also additional storage space.
Patented Sport Trak gunwales allow for the easy addition of rod holders and other accessories without drilling holes, while the ProTrak Covering System safeguards the boat’s interior with its custom fit.
The six-person boat has an 84-inch beam and 71-inch chine and a maximum horsepower of 125. Both the XL SS and XL Sport models also sport enhanced graphics and new paint colours
“The redesigned 1800 Rebel XL is a versatile, yet formidable fishing machine,” says lifetime Lund runner and pro angler, Marty Glorvigen. “The engineers have optimised every square inch of this boat. This is a lot of boat for the money.”
