KVD among 2018 class of Bass Hall of Fame inductees

The Johnny Morris Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium, in Springfield, Montana will be the venue for the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame (BFHOF) 2019 induction ceremony on September 27th.
The venue, the creation of Bass Pro founder Johnny Morris, houses the BFHOF Museum and this, the 16th induction ceremony, will be the second held there.
The 2018 class of inductees includes four-time Bassmaster Classic champion Kevin VanDam, former Bassmaster Angler of the Year Gary Klein, ESPN and Bassmaster television host Tommy Sanders, former B.A.S.S. CEO Helen Sevier, Berkley Bedell, founder of Berkley and Co., and Dr James Henshall, the 19th Century author considered the father of bass fishing.
Inductee nominations are voted on by a 30-member panel. “Our annual induction dinner is becoming the hottest ticket in the bass fishing world,” said BFHOF President Donald Howell, adding that Dave Mercer will once again act as MC.
