JM Gillies, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, has added three new baits to its Warlock Lures range.
These include the Bass Hopper and its bigger brother the Cod Hopper. Both are surface lures that are loud and have a unique action. The bib design makes them easy to use as they dance and walk across the surface inviting a strike. They are fitted with 3X strong VMC trebles and the heavy duty fittings. The Cod Hopper is ideal for the species as well as barra and other predatory surface feeders.
The Cod Hopper weighs in at 30gr and measures 98mm, while the Bass Hopper is 16gr and 66mm long. They both come in five colours: Black, Black/White, Pearl White/Black Scale, Orange/Black Scale and Green/Black.
Also new is the Moth, which Warlock says provides a one-of-a-kind top water presence that fish cannot resist. It is fitted with wings that flap to create a noticeable splash and a unique sound. It is designed to mimic a struggling insect on the water. Weighing 6gr and measuring 40mm, it comes in six colours: Sunset, Black Magic, Ice Cream, Green Bug, Green Crystal and Honey Man.
