Industry veteran Mark Harbaugh has been appointed to the Board of the American Fly Fishing Trade Association (AFFTA).
An Ex-Officio Board member, Harbaugh is Global Sales Manager of Fish for Patagonia. He has over 35 years’ experience in the outdoor and angling industries. He has replaced long-time incumbent, Brian Westover, of Westwater Products, on the Board.
AFFTA Board Chairman Tucker Ladd said: “I am delighted that Mark has joined us in a full Board member capacity. He is incredibly seasoned in our industry and will bring immense insight and leadership to AFFTA.”
Ben Bulis, President of AFFTA, added: “With Mark joining the Board, we have an excellent representation from one of the biggest manufacturers in the industry. This is a huge win for AFFTA and our industry and we are poised to accomplish lofty goals with the Board that we currently have in place.”
The AFFTA Board convenes four times a year with its next meeting taking place in Bozeman, Montana, from April 8th to 10th.
