Gill launches aftercare range

↑ Gill North America has launched three products in its new aftercare range.

Gill North America, the waterproof clothing specialist, has launched its first ever range of aftercare products. The Atlanta company has introduced three products designed to restore and rejuvenate garments to make them last longer.

Intensive Spot Cleaner uses a concentrated citrus formula that penetrates fabrics to remove stubborn dirt like oil and grease. Water soluble for easy rinsing, it is recommended for use prior to cleaning.

Wash-in Cleaner is a general detergent designed for use on all Gill waterproof, windproof and wicking fabrics. It can be used for hand washing or in a washing machine and will, says Gill, remove salt and dirt while leaving water repellant finishes intact. It will also kill bacteria and prevent unpleasant odours.

Reproofing Spray has been developed as an easy-to-apply, quick-drying treatment that can be applied to produce a water, oil, salt and stain repellant finish. It will not affect breathability or change the colour or feel of fabric, assures Gill.
