Best New Soft/Natural Hook Bait

Introduced in 2010, the EFTTEX Best New Soft/Natural Hook Bait Award has trebled in size this year.

Buyers around Europe will no doubt be monitoring the progress of Chinese bait giant Old Ghost in Amsterdam and beyond. It has signalled its ambitions to grow the European market beginning with the launch this year of Old Ghost Fresh-keeping Hookbait Sausage, a bait created from natural ingredients and designed to be long-lasting.

Long-time EFTTEX exhibitor Carp Zoom has made natural ingredients the basis for its new range too. Carp Zoom Natural Corn Floaters and Natural Pellet Floaters are designed to be used on their own or alongside other baits as hook raisers. Look out too for launches from Uncle Josh, Martin SB and Dynabait.
