Best New Braided Line
Have we entered a new era in the development of braided line? Berkley certainly believes so, following the launch at EFTTEX of NanoFil, which it describes as ‘the next generation of fishing line’.
Powerline seems to agree. It has launched what it describes as a ‘revolutionary’ wire leader, Powerline Jig Power; while Sufix has extended the use of Gore fibre technology to develop Sufix Arma-Core Hooklink, a new ‘ultra abrasion resistant’ line especially for carp anglers.
These, plus entries from international line specialists such as Angler Pro, Climax, First Dart and Momoi, have created enormous excitement around this year’s EFTTEX Best New Braided Line Award. Which will come out on top as the year unfolds?
