It’s been dubbed the ‘world’s best pole’ and Daiwa’s new flagship model is certain to be one of the most talked about products of 2013.
Coming with a staggering RRP of £5,999 in the UK, the 16m Air is certainly not cheap but then this kind manufacturing brilliance rarely is.
Constructed from a new Hyper MSG low-resin high modulus carbon cloth that gives the pole enhanced stiffness and super-quick response speed, Daiwa reckons it is an improvement on the company’s previous flagship, the Airity.
Daiwa’s Marketing Manager, Stephen McCaveny said: “The design of the pole embraces an internal core of Hyper MSG, which is a new low resin high modulus material that is exclusive to the Air.
“This delivers on two fronts, bringing enhanced stiffness for improved recovery and greater buckling strength for stronger walls. “Combined, this makes its use at extensive lengths an absolute dream.”
