New for the fall from Costa Sunglasses is six of its styles in the Mossy Oak® Shadow Grass® Blades frame colour.
The new pattern complements Costa’s camouflage line which already includes eight sunglass styles available in the Realtree® AP frame colour, as well as a variety of men and women’s apparel options.
The Mossy Oak Shadow Grass Blades pattern is known for its precisely arranged blades of grass, designed to help fishermen and hunters disappear into the background. The new frame is available in Costa’s Caballito, Fantail, Fisch, Hatch, Rockport and Tuna Alley. Each features sturdy integral hinges, nearly indestructible co-injected nylon frame construction and non-slip Hydrolite™ nose pads and interior linings.
The camouflage styles are available with Costa’s patented 580™ lens technology which blocks yellow light – the harshest – from entering the eye. All the company’s sunglasses are polarised, eliminate glare and protect against harmful UV rays.
The 580 lenses are offered in either hard-coated, optically-ground glass (580G) or lightweight impact-resistant polycarbonate (580P). Available lens colours include Gray, Copper, Amber, Sunrise and Blue, Green and Silver Mirror. The speciality Sunrise is ideal for early morning and late afternoon – prime fishing hours.
The Mossy Oak Shadow Grass Blades and Realtree AP are also available with prescription (Rx) Costa sun lenses.
“We are seeing a huge response to our camo sunglass styles and apparel so far,” said Chas MacDonald, President of Costa Sunglasses. “We are continually evolving the patterns and colours to give outdoor enthusiasts more options when it comes to selecting the right gear for their adventures.”
Retail prices start at $159 (US).
