Next year’s Fly Fishing Shows, which are staged across the US, have sold out in record time.
Ben Furimsky, CEO of the Fly Fishing Shows, told Angling International that all exhibitor booth space for the seven events, was taken by the end of last month. “It is the earliest that we have sold out any single event by two weeks and we are months ahead of the normal sell-out for all the shows,” he said.
“We are now compiling a waiting list of potential exhibitors should any space become available. We are also working with the venues and fire marshals to ensure that we have maxed out each of them. If we are able to add any booths we will pull company names from our waiting list in the order that they were received.
“This is a great indicator for the success of next year’s Fly Fishing Shows and bodes well for the season ahead and the industry as a whole.”
Dates and locations of next year’s shows are:
January 6 – 8: Denver, Colorado
January 20 – 22: Marlborough, Massachusetts
January 27 – 29: Somerset, New Jersey
February 3 & 4: Atlanta, Georgia
February 18 & 19: Lynnwood, Washington
February 24 – 26: Pleasanton, California
