Beaverkill Rod Company expands distribution network

Beaverkill Rod Company President, Anthony Magardino: “No better time to expand.”

The Beaverkill Rod Company is expanding its distribution model to the West Coast of America in response to growing sales.

The ‘made in the USA’ fly rod manufacturer plans to establish a state-of-the-art rod building facility and an inventory of the complete line of Beaverkill products.

It will also appoint dedicated sales and account services teams to drive business from the new San Francisco location into all West Coast markets.

The move comes on the back of strong growth of their Legacy rod series and blanks and follows the company’s recent expansion at its corporate headquarters in New York.

Overseeing the operation is Nathan Niebergall, who has been working with Beaverkill President Anthony Magardino on future strategy.

“Our commitment to clients and ability to quickly respond to their needs have been key to the company’s success,” said Niebergall. “We have been able to sustain this commitment even as we have grown as a corporation. The expansion to the West Coast allows us to take our personalised and dedicated account service initiatives to the next level.”

Magardino pointed to the growing number of West Coast clients and overall interest from the area in Beaverkill products as the reasons behind the ambitious move. “There is no better time to expand our dedicated client service offerings by providing local implementation, manufacturing and account services,” he said.

The Beaverkill Rod Company was founded in 2001 and bought by Magardino in 2012. It also has a facility in Naples, Florida.
